Survey topic site plans

A "site plan" consists of:
• index sheet
• extract from cadastral plan/property
   map
• extract land tax register/tax roll
   (including the list of owners and
   area-size of your and your neigh-
   bours parcels.)

The cadastral plan has to be controlled
by a "field check". A levelling of alti-
tudes as well as a survey of trees,
canalisation wells and other topogra-
phical elements follow.

Your project will be mapped, "minimum
distances" plotted in, the number of
floors and the forms of the roofs will be
reported.
